These terms govern every engagement carried out by VenturaStudio. They are accepted by the client on signature of the quote or payment of the deposit.
Purpose
These general terms govern the web design, design, automation, artificial intelligence and acquisition services provided by VenturaStudio to its professional clients.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms, which prevail over any other document from the client.
Quotes and orders
Each engagement is covered by a detailed quote specifying scope, deliverables, timeline and price. The quote is valid for thirty days.
The order is firm on signature of the quote or payment of the deposit, which constitutes acceptance of the defined scope.
Rates and payment
Prices are exclusive of tax. The starting rates shown on the site (€1,500 for a site, €500 for a visual creation, €2,500 for automation, €700/month for local acquisition) correspond to a standard scope.
Payment is made in two instalments: 50% on order, 50% on delivery. Accepted methods: secure online payment, bank transfer, crypto (USDT / BTC).
Recurring services are invoiced monthly, in arrears and with no minimum term unless stated otherwise in the quote.
Timelines and collaboration
The stated timelines — 4 to 5 days for a landing page, 3 to 6 weeks for a complex project — run from receipt of the deposit and of all necessary materials (content, access, visuals).
Any delay by the client in providing those materials shifts the schedule by the same amount.
Revisions and scope
Each engagement includes two rounds of revisions on the deliverables presented. Requests falling outside the initial scope are covered by a costed amendment.
Delivery and acceptance
Delivery takes place by going live, file transfer or handover of access. The client has seven days to report any non-conformity; after that period, the engagement is deemed accepted.
Ownership and transfer of rights
Deliverables become the client's property after payment in full. VenturaStudio retains ownership of its tools, methods, technical building blocks and reusable components.
Unless the client refuses in writing, VenturaStudio reserves the right to name the project and present visuals of it as a reference.
Maintenance and support
Maintenance and continuous optimisation plans (A/B tests, SEO, monitoring, feature work) are covered by a separate subscription, cancellable at any time with thirty days' notice.
Client obligations
The client warrants that it holds the rights to the content it provides and undertakes to supply accurate information as well as the technical access needed for the proper execution of the engagement.
Liability
VenturaStudio is bound by an obligation of means. Its liability is limited to the amount of the engagement concerned and does not cover indirect losses, in particular loss of revenue.
Figures communicated for information are based on previous projects and do not constitute a performance guarantee.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the client after work has started, the deposit remains due to VenturaStudio and the work already carried out is invoiced pro rata.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are subject to French law. In the event of a disagreement, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any action; failing that, the competent courts will be seized.
